Welcome to Natural Balance Healing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://naturalbalancehealing.org/ and the services provided by Kathleen’s Natural Balance (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We offer professional Massage Therapy, Reiki Healing sessions, workshops, and training classes (including topics such as pendulum intuition and protecting your energy). Services are provided by Kathleen Loreti, a licensed Physical Therapist, licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. In-person services are available locally in the Venice/Sarasota area. Reiki sessions, workshops, and classes may be offered remotely.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any inappropriate or sexual behavior during sessions or interactions with our practitioner. Any such misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future services.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards.

Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

6. Health Information and Disclaimer

You agree to provide accurate and complete health and medical information. This information is used solely for your safety and treatment effectiveness. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes in your health.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results. Massage therapy, Reiki, and energy healing are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and information on our website and in our sessions/workshops are owned by Kathleen’s Natural Balance and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. We do not accept user-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathleen’s Natural Balance and Kathleen Loreti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services for violation of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
